There were 3 new residential construction projects proposed in College Station in December 2020.
315 College Main

Location: 315 College Main, College Station, TX 77840
What’s planned: 1.05 acres for a mixed-use building.
The architectural plan, submitted by Jones | Carter, adds a 1.05 acre mixed use space on a lot currently owned by University Lutheran Church. The new addition will line Louise Avenue from College Main to 2nd Street. No details yet on how many units will be included or what type of businesses will be there.

Ascend at Harvey

Location: Harvey Road between Summit Crossing Lane and Sara Lane, College Station, TX 77845
What’s planned: 3 story apartment complex featuring 12 residential buildings
There is a large apartment complex development planned for the intersection of Harvey Road and Summit Crossing Lane. This is a 12 acre site that will feature 12 residential buildings and 288 units. It is going to site on the northwest side of Harvey Road (Highway 30) between Sara Lane and Summit Crossing Lane and will be close Summit Crossing Park.

Greens Prairie Reserve, Phase 301
Location: Corner of Diamondback Drive and Arrington Road, College Station, TX 77845
What’s planned: New addition to the Greens Prairie Reserve development with 30 new plots
The latest phase of the Greens Prairie Reserve will feature 30 new plots planned around 2 cul-de-sacs. Located at the corner of Diamondback Drive and Arrington Road, phase 301 will have green spaces, common areas, and proximity to water features.
