New Residential Development in College Station – April 2021

I like to keep an eye on new residential single-family and multi-family development projects that are coming to College Station. These posts will help you stay up to date on what’s coming your way if you’re a current or prospective College Station homeowner.

All the information below is pulled from CSTX.gov, College Station official government website. They disclose new development projects to the public at the end of each month. The projects below just focus on residential construction.

If you have any questions about new construction or existing homes in College Station, get in touch with me.

There were 2 new residential construction projects proposed in College Station in April 2021. I’ve included 2 that had substantial information below.

Williams Creek Lake Estates, Phase 4

Location: Near intersection of William D. Fitch Parkway & Rock Prairie Road

What’s planned: 17 new homesites across 16 acres

This is an expansion of the Lake Estates subdivision of Williams Creek with 17 lots planned across 16 acres. The expansion will be north of the existing development near the intersection of William D. Fitch Parkway and Rock Prairie Road in southeast College Station. This subdivision is notable due to its location near the Pebble Creek Golf Course. The subdivision has a very rural appeal with estate-sized homes set back from the streets on large lots. This subdivision will sit across the parkway from the larger and more established Willams Creek.

Williams Creek Reserve

Location: Northside of Rock Prairie Road across from Lick Creek Park

What’s planned: 22 homesites spread across 56 acres with 5 common areas planned

Another expansion to the Williams Creek subdivision, the Williams Creek Reserve plan looks to offer buyers ample acreage across the planned 22 lots. This property sits across Rock Prairie Road from Lick Creek Park on currently undeveloped land. There are two cul-de-sacs planned for the expansion, lined with 1+ acre sized lots.
