Indian Lakes
Indian Lakes, also called The Villages of Indian Lakes, is an upscale community located in the southern part of the Bryan/College Station area along Indian Lakes Drive. The subdivision is called Indian Lakes because it is situated around a sizable man-made lake called Lake Arapahoe. As a College Station community, homes in the Indian Lakes are above average on their asking price compared to much of the rest of BCS, but with it comes plenty of community amenities, spacious interiors, and more.
About Village of Indian Lakes
The Villages of Indian Lakes is a master-planned custom homesite community centered around a natural preserve which is anchored by Lake Arapahoe, a 48 acre man-made lake. Designed to showcase the surrounding natural environment, Indian Lakes prioritizes outdoor recreation and activities for homeowner amenities, with hiking trails, equestrian trails, a covered pavilion, and more.
The subdivision is zoned for custom home construction so there is a mix of existing homes as well as emerging homesites as new phases are added. As such, you can find a wide range of architectural styles and amenities from property to property, as well as a myriad of asking prices.
