New Residential Development in College Station – December 2020

I like to keep an eye on new residential single-family and multi-family development projects that are coming to College Station. These posts will help you stay up to date on what’s coming your way if you’re a current or prospective College Station homeowner.

All the information below is pulled from CSTX.gov, College Station official government website. They disclose new development projects to the public at the end of each month. The projects below just focus on residential construction.

If you have any questions about new construction or existing homes in College Station, get in touch with me.

There were 3 new residential construction projects proposed in College Station in December 2020.

West Park Addition

Location: 200 Grove Street, College Station, TX 77840

What’s planned: A final plat of 2 or 3 lots on approximately 0.37 acres.

Nestled on the edge of the College Park neighborhood in the heart of College Station, this add is planned for either 2 or 3 plots for development on approximately .37 acres. Depending on the final development and build, these plots will sit on .12 acres with 3 plots, and .15 with 2 plots.

Crescent Pointe Phase 2

Location: Intersection of Harvey Road and Copperfield Parkway, College Station, TX 77845

What’s planned: A final plat of 2 lots on approximately 4 acres

This 2 lot development add-on will sit at the corner of Harvey Road and Copperfield Parkway, right behind the Crescent Pointe neighborhood sign. Currently, the lot is heavily wooded, so it’s expected that the 2 lot phase will include some of that natural beauty.

Peach Creek Estates Add-on

Location: 1488 Stokes Circle, College Station, TX 77845

What’s planned: A development plat of 6 acres

Located at the end of Stokes Circle, a residential street in Southwest College Station, this 6 acre development plot is slated for development as an add-on to the already existing Peach Creek Estates neighborhood. No insight into how many home plots will be in that area, but the rest of the homes in the area are priced in and around the $400s.
